Printer Manufacturing Division manufactures thermal printers & thermal printer related products for application in POS / ECR Systems, Measuring Instruments, Communications Systems, Medical Equipment, Hand-Held Terminals etc.

The Scientific Instruments Sales Department (SISD) was formed in November 2004. Our activities involve the marketing and sales of SII Nanotechnology Inc.’s range of non destructive Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence (ED XRF) element analyzers. We also provide after sales service and consumables to cater for our ED XRF users. With our robust training facilities in our company, we have also facilitated as another regional training hub for SII Nanotechnology Inc in the areas of XRF application training and servicing of XRF equipment.

Our current area of operation covers some of the countries in Asia Pacific regions like Singapore, Australia, Indonesia & Malaysia (Southern region).

SII Nanotechnology Inc. has been in the XRF industry for more than 25 years and we have the world class equipment in the XRF field to cater for the need of industry application. We are also well positioned to serve the needs for environmental management control of Hazardous substances in Electrical/Electronics appliances and End of Life Vehicle for automotive.

The SEA1000A, SEA2200A and SEA5120A models shown above, have been specifically developed in accordance to meet both the European Union's RoHS (Reduction of Hazardous Substances) and End of Life Vehicle for automotive requirement. The European Union's RoHS directive is the control of use of cadmium, lead and other hazardous substances in electric / electronic appliances, which will be banned in beginning of July 2006.

Printer Manufacturing Division manufactures thermal printers & thermal printer related products.

The principal activities at Printer Manufacturing Division involves purchasing & procuring of thermal printer raw materials; first-articles evaluation; production planning & scheduling; controlling & improving of sub-contractors & vendors quality; product failure analysis & product transference.

All the printer raw materials, which purchase globally are imported to Johor Bahru, Malaysia for assembly. The assembled products are then exported to end customer world wide.

These thermal printer products can be used in many applications, such as ATMs, Electronic Funds Transfer, Point-of-Sales, Electronic Cash Register, Medical Equipment, Measuring Instruments, etc.

Movement Manufacturing Division manufactures both mechanical and quartz watch movements and precision components for the world market.

The process and technology include precision machining, injection molding and surface treatment for the manufacturing of watch components. Components are then assembled and tested in the automatic assembly line into watch movements in clean room environment.

The products are exported in the form of watch components and watch movements to serve both parent companies and related plants and that of OEM market needs through Seiko Instruments Inc. Japan.
